FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Charging time typically ranges from 4 to 8 hours,
depending on the battery capacity and the charger used. We recommend
charging the scooter overnight and avoiding overcharging once the
indicator light turns green.

What is the maximum range on a single charge?

The
maximum range varies by model and riding conditions (rider weight,
terrain, speed, and temperature). Most of our scooters offer a range
between 25 km to 60 km (15–37 miles) on a full charge under ideal conditions.

Is the electric scooter waterproof?

Our scooters have an IP54 or IP65 water-resistance rating,
which means they can handle light rain and puddles. However, we do not
recommend riding in heavy rain, through deep water, or submerging any
part of the scooter, as this may damage the electrical components.

Can I ride the scooter on sidewalks or roads?

Regulations
vary by country and city. In many places, electric scooters are allowed
on bike lanes or roads with speed limits under a certain threshold, but
riding on sidewalks may be prohibited. Please check your local traffic laws before riding.

How do I maintain the tires and brakes?

Tires:
Check tire pressure regularly (usually 30–50 PSI for pneumatic tires).
For solid tires, inspect for wear and cracks periodically.

Brakes:
Test brakes before every ride. If you notice reduced braking power or
strange noises, adjust or replace the brake pads immediately.
