Your product comes with a warranty. Sign up within 7 days of receiving your product to claim the extended warranty.

All products come with a 6-month full warranty from the date of their original purchase.
Warranty Extension Program
If you register and record the order information on the official website, you can extend the warranty to 12 months.
If you have purchased our products from somewhere else, please contact the seller for warranty coverage.
What Does Warranty Not Cover
Improper use or installation
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar
- Accidents
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Commercial use
- Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna
- Connection to an incorrect voltage supply
- Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
In addition, the following are excluded from the Zwheel warranty cover:
- Products purchased as 2nd hand or used
- Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer or distributor
- Damage resulted from misuse and abusive action
- Damage resulted from chemical, fire, radioactive substance, poison, or liquid
- Damage resulted from a natural disaster
